One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Funky Pie. Slow Thrasher ended up behind the leader. Hob Nob got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Windy Winter started to galop and lost 20 m. Solid Comet showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

Hob Nob saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Solid Comet galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Funky Pie sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Hob Nob accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Tiger Boko galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Top Deluxe was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Funky Pie suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Sleepy Meadow galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Hob Nob, 2 Funky Pie, 3 Never Feel.
