The sun was shining on Rättvik and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Topgear found a gap and took the lead. Beautiful Pie followed before By The Beach.




This is the positions after 500m. Cube Is Nowhere, Rich And Powerful, Beautiful Pie, Popcorn, Beautiful Angel, Ancora Un Po, By The Beach, Space Shadow. Topgear started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Beautiful Pie looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that By The Beach couldn't come out from behind the leader, Cube Is Nowhere. Beautiful Angel suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Cube Is Nowhere today. It continued in the lead. Space Shadow started to gallop after 1500m and Peter M Andersson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Cube Is Nowhere sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Beautiful Pie sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
