The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Le Eiffel. My Lloyd ended up behind the leader. Oven På Give Ild got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Helpful Moment quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




World Champion sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Le Eiffel accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Le Eiffel kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Le Eiffel sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Lennart Forsgren tried a little too much on the homestretch and World Champion started to galopp and lost 30 m. Bo Falsig tried a little too much on the homestretch and Breaking Giggle started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Light Bear sprinted over the finishline before Le Eiffel and My Lloyd.
