The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Prince Flame found a gap and took the lead. Voyant followed before Vortex Horse. Guzzler galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Vortex Horse saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Lone Sound started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Vortex Horse was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Munich Sun looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Jumping Piece seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Buddy Holly galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Prince Flame was first on the homestretch followed by Jumping Piece and Voyant.

driver couldn't keep Vortex Horse to trotting so they were disqualified.




Jumping Piece sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
