One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Marsannay took the lead after a very quick start. Dart was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Powerful Work quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Powerful Work was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. King Of Cajun galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Powerful Work galop. Powerful Work lost 10 m.




Saberwin sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
