The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Seinäjoki today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Afrodite was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Brenner Ønske was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. driver couldn't keep Connie Corleone to trotting so they were disqualified. Moonlight Moon was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Into The Wind saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Falling Diamond took the lead after 1000m. Brenner Ønske didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Brenner Ønske accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Brenner Ønske were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Jukka-Pekka Kauhanen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Falling Diamond started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Afrodite won. Brenner Ønske came in second. Stopping Winter caught third place.
