Only a humble breeze blew over Lappeenranta this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Classical Thing took the lead after a very quick start.

Spinning Around saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Pointing Thought who started to galop and lost 10 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Pointing Thought took the lead rather easily.

Fawltys Strong Solution accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Astro Man suddenly took over the lead.

Astro Man kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

R.yen never caught up with Astro Man who won. Classical Thing came third.
