The weather had been good all week and Bjerke was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were
Lightning Prince.
Enormous Speed ended up behind the leader.
Highspeed Controller got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 10 m. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 10 m.
Première Édition quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Lightning Prince sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.
Stor Hovmod accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 40 m.
Stor Hovmod looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Stor Hovmod kept the speed the whole finish and won before
Lightning Prince and
Enormous Speed.
