The sun was shining on Årjäng and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wild West sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Judy Of Happines showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




This is the positions after 500m. Crush Some Rocks, Spider Hoof, See My Vest Cherry, Wild West, Coughing Lovebreaker, Lestrade, Play It Fast, Roy.




Crush Some Rocks was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Crush Some Rocks followed by Play It Fast and See My Vest Cherry. Lane two Wild West followed by Lestrade and Coughing Lovebreaker.



With only a little left of the race Coughing Lovebreaker galoped for 50 m. Crush Some Rocks were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Play It Fast won the race after a spectacular finish.
