One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flying Colors was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Christiane F. sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Sunnymay took the lead rather easily. Fair Girl suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Rival Andersen looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Rival Andersen looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
