The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Rättvik today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slow Hero sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Flying Scout suddenly started to galop. Åke Lindblom had to struggle to get Flying Scout to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Slow Hero was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Flying Scout looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Good Looking Plan couldn't come out from behind the leader, Slow Hero.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Slow Hero followed by Good Looking Plan and Sneaky Energy. Lane two Flying Scout followed by Sergeant Boulder and Overrated Superstar.




Slow Hero didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Flying Scout speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Slow Hero, 2 Good Looking Plan, 3 Flying Scout.
