The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Tingsryd this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Honourable Pirate tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Sad Lemonade that came steaming ahead. Fredrik Persson wanted a little to much in the start and Honourable Pirate galoped for 50 m.




Salsa Knight was in fine shape and held the lead. Honourable Pirate was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Screaming Mustache was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Screaming Mustache followed by Sad Lemonade and Olympia Amok. Lane two Salsa Knight followed by Honourable Pirate and Colorado Appaloosa.



Screaming Mustache looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Honourable Pirate was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Screaming Mustache didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
