The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lucky Baz tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Frasses Tjugofjärde that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Better Then Best started to galop and lost 20 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Frasses Tjugofjärde was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Candidato Pegasos clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Candidato Pegasos followed by Instict De Survie and Tranche De Plait. Lane two Frasses Tjugofjärde followed by Dr Pepper Pride and Better Then Best.

Candidato Pegasos looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Brave Platinum. Tranche De Plait came in second. Candidato Pegasos became third.
