One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lome Pinto tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Umbrella that came steaming ahead. Lome Pinto was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Yucatán Margay suddenly started to galop. Per Oleg Midtfjeld had to struggle to get Yucatán Margay to tror again and succeded after 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Single Bet sprinted to the front.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Single Bet today. It continued in the lead. Yucatán Margay galloped for 40 m.

Single Bet were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Whatever Thought won the race after a spectacular finish.
