The sun was shining on Kajaani and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Listen To Me sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

This is the positions after 500m. Black Illusion, Mazyreux Pamkouex, Honourable Behemoth, Eau Du Cologne, Act Mysterious, Whistler, Listen To Me, Muscles Ranger. Flying Steel galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Mazyreux Pamkouex took the lead after 1000m. Act Mysterious didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Mazyreux Pamkouex galop. Mazyreux Pamkouex lost 50 m.

Act Mysterious sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
