Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Solvalla track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Prince Dynamite sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Funky Lemonade to trotting so they were disqualified.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Funky Lemonade started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Admiral Devil was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Admiral Devil was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Moantania galoped for 20 m. Sad Mind kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Sad Mind never caught up with Sliding Fist who won. Admiral Devil came third.
