It had been raining for several days at Färjestad but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Polished Power could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Benny Danielsson wanted a little to much in the start and Sparkling Diamond galoped for 20 m.




Queen Annes Lace quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Honourable Night took the lead after 1000m. Polished Power didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Ghostrider Dynamite was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Beautiful Breeze was disturbed and galoped 10 m.



Polished Power took the lead after 1000m. Claw didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.






Ghostrider Dynamite never caught up with Polished Power who won. Beautiful Breeze came third.
