One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ultime Survivre tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Savant Que Toujours that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. E La Vittoria Di Volata, Prince Glory, Savant Que Toujours, Ultime Survivre, Of The Needle, Calming Thinking, Akkurat I Tid, Turning Torso.




Savant Que Toujours sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Akkurat I Tid suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Calming Thinking looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. driver couldn't keep Of The Needle to trotting so they were disqualified.




Calming Thinking was still in the lead after 2000m.



Calming Thinking looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Ultime Survivre made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Calming Thinking.
