The weather had been good all week and Kouvola was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Podivení Dìvèe was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Britt Summer saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Hastans Belackare sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Walking Factory was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Hastans Belackare followed by I Saw You and Britt Summer. Lane two Speedy Steven followed by Podivení Dìvèe and Walking Factory.




Speedy Steven seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Podivení Dìvèe galoped for 20 m. Speedy Steven was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Speedy Steven looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Speedy Steven. Hastans Belackare came in second. I Saw You became third.
