It had been raining for several days at Kouvola but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Baby Skirt was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Baby Skirt started to galop and lost 20 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




The leader got disturbed by something and Regrette Rien took the lead rather easily.




Regrette Rien was still in the lead after 1500m.



He´s Special was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Good Looking Satellite was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Regrette Rien looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Baby Skirt won. Regrette Rien came in second. Dream Team caught third place.
