Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Solänget track was in top-condition.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Leonardo sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Mépris was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Sulfur looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Leonardo couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sweet Sugar. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sulfur followed by Gold Runner and Force Of Fire. Lane two Feel My Power followed by Leonardo and Sweet Sugar. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.



Sulfur sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused US Marshall galop. US Marshall lost 30 m. Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and US Marshall started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Gold Runner didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
