One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sans Parole. Diamond Captain ended up behind the leader. Perfect Man got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Tommy Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Perfect Man galoped for 50 m. When the startcar left the field Sad Band started to galop and lost 20 m.

Kontroll Rokke saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Just Box took the lead after 1000m. Need A Miracle didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Need A Miracle accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Just Box gallopped for 50 m.

Need A Miracle kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Need A Miracle kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Diamond Captain made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Need A Miracle.
