The sun was shining on Arvika today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Brave Bomb could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Strawberry Fields quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Net Crawler looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Brave Bomb couldn't come out from behind the leader, Strawberry Fields.




Il Figlio looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Net Crawler galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Brave Bomb took the lead.



Il Figlio suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Klaus Kern tried a little too much on the homestretch and Bechterews Syndrome started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Il Figlio didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
