One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Milk And Hedgehog could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Rhapsody In Blue quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Rhapsody In Blue who started to galop and lost 10 m. A bird flew just in front of Spartacus who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Bye Bye Johnny looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Criminal Speedy couldn't come out from behind the leader, Rhapsody In Blue. S.S Palema galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Criminal Speedy made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Rhapsody In Blue.
