Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Soulshine was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Force De Temps started to galop and lost 50 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Cartoon Figure Fred, Dove Smooth, Moving Sniper, Computer Science, Force De Temps, Rodrigo Jet, Soulshine, La Donna Tango. Keep On Trotting was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Moving Sniper took the lead after 1000m. Dove Smooth didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Moving Sniper today. It continued in the lead.

Moving Sniper sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Axel Jacobsen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Dove Smooth started to galopp and lost 40 m.

La Donna Tango never caught up with Moving Sniper who won. Computer Science came third.
