The sun was shining on Bodø and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Criminal Power sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Sergeant Star quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Flickering Galaxy took the lead rather easily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Flickering Galaxy followed by Seducer and Wilma Vulture. Lane two Antenna followed by Criminal Power and Fair Tropic. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Sergeant Star gallopped for 40 m. Nolana Flower galloped for 30 m.

Flickering Galaxy kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Flickering Galaxy. Seducer came in second. Criminal Power became third.
