It had been raining for several days at Mikkeli but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





In The Sky was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Ich Bin Weniger suddenly started to galop. Esa Holopainen had to struggle to get Ich Bin Weniger to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Ari Hartikainen wanted a little to much in the start and In The Sky galoped for 30 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




The leader got disturbed by something and Odilon took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Odilon today. It continued in the lead.



Odilon kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Odilon. Yr came in second. In The Sky became third.
