It had been raining for several days at Bergen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Well-to-do tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Yes I Like that came steaming ahead. Gunnar Austevoll wanted a little to much in the start and Pepper Girl galoped for 30 m.




Pepper Girl quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Pepper Girl who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Well-to-do sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Pepper Girl saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Well-to-do started to gallop after 1500m and Olav Mikkelborg had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



With only a little left of the race Crossing Maid galoped for 10 m. Yes I Like speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Love Witness galop. Love Witness lost 30 m.




Pepper Girl made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Yes I Like.
