The sun was shining on Bergen today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tropical Moon found a gap and took the lead. Flowers Of Eden followed before Wandering Cookie.




This is the positions after 500m. Explosive Dynamite, Glem Meg Fortid, Fools Gold, Renew Power, Wandering Cookie, Tropical Moon, White Turf, Happy Rose. Flowers Of Eden was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Fools Gold looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Renew Power started to gallop after 1500m and Olav Mikkelborg had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Happy Rose was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. With only a little left of the race Flowers Of Eden galoped for 30 m. Fools Gold kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






White Turf won the race after a spectacular finish.
