One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jasmin Palema could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Boyen, Bargain, Birdie, Shining Box, Forcefield, Jasmin Palema, Falling Hero, Txx Tracy.




The leader got disturbed by something and Bargain took the lead rather easily. Jasmin Palema suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Bargain was still in the lead after 1500m.



Bargain were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Eirik Høitomt tried a little too much on the homestretch and Forcefield started to galopp and lost 50 m. driver couldn't keep Birdie to trotting so they were disqualified.




Winner of todays race was Bargain. Shining Box came in second. Boyen became third.
