The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Lycksele today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lieutenant Crusher was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




White Turf looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Troubling Amazon couldn't come out from behind the leader, Lieutenant Crusher.




Lieutenant Crusher was still in the lead after 1500m.



Lieutenant Crusher looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Lieutenant Crusher galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Troubling Amazon won the race after a spectacular finish.
