The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Boden today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Electric Eye was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Walk The Line sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Walk The Line followed by Saint-Étienne and Lauvins Crusader. Lane two Fils De Dieu followed by Electric Eye and Commander Chief.




Walk The Line didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Saint-Étienne speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Saint-Étienne today who won before Lauvins Crusader and Fils De Dieu.
