Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Heavy Fighter. Keep On Trotting ended up behind the leader. Starstruck Star got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Keep On Trotting sprinted to the front. Ramos Rocket started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Coughing Forest took the lead rather easily.




Coughing Forest was still in the lead after 1500m.



Coughing Forest were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Coughing Forest kept the speed the whole finish and won before Heavy Fighter and Keep On Trotting.
