The weather had been good all week and Hoting was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Final Desition could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Svømmer Inne Gullet saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Lido Rīga took the lead rather easily.




Lido Rīga was still in the lead after 1500m.




Final Desition seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Final Desition were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Lido Rīga won the race after a spectacular finish.
