One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Noisy Cricket Cherry was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field øl øl øl started to galop and lost 10 m. La Maritza suddenly started to galop. Ari Moilanen had to struggle to get La Maritza to tror again and succeded after 20 m. When the startcar left the field Heartbeat Away started to galop and lost 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. La Maritza, Expand Baby, Angels Flight, Punching Rocker, Kartoffel Hoof, Famous Winter, Portable Asteroid, Heartbeat Away.

Expand Baby took the lead after 1000m. Punching Rocker didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Portable Asteroid was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Kartoffel Hoof was disturbed and galoped 50 m. øl øl øl showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Juha Länsimäki tried a little too much on the homestretch and Heartbeat Away started to galopp and lost 30 m. Angels Flight galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Famous Winter never caught up with Expand Baby who won. Punching Rocker came third.
