It had been raining for several days at Lapua but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Just Wolf found a gap and took the lead. Lass Sanity followed before Bridgewater.




Travemünde Mädchen quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Lass Sanity was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Running Qc took the lead after 1000m. Big Bloke didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Bridgewater suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Big Bloke saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Joybringer started to gallop after 1500m and Heikki Hietanen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Jackass Hoof litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Darkwing Duck Baby sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
