Only a humble breeze blew over Pihtipudas this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slow Panther was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Le Piratage quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Inkas Mohikan was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Le Piratage was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Le Piratage today. It continued in the lead. President´s Avenue galloped for 40 m.




Alien took the lead.



Alien sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Quasimodo sprinted over the finishline before Alien and Le Piratage.
