The sun was shining on Pihtipudas today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





One Armed Pirate tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to The Deleter that came steaming ahead. Silvikko was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. When the startcar left the field Look Of Love started to galop and lost 30 m.




Jumping Twister quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Mad Pearl sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Jumping Twister accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Jumping Twister didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Sweet Giggle speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Sweet Giggle. Sneaky Crusher came in second. The Deleter became third.
