One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





My Own Champion found a gap and took the lead. Xamiwio La Amour followed before Summer Harmony.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Rugged Satellite sprinted to the front.




Cerle Mires took the lead after 1000m. My Own Champion didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Cerle Mires followed by Summer Harmony and Thunder Hero. Lane two My Own Champion followed by Xamiwio La Amour and Kentish Diamant.




Cerle Mires didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Cerle Mires looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






My Own Champion won. Summer Harmony came in second. Cerle Mires caught third place.
