The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Labyrinth Deleter. Thrillville Quicker ended up behind the leader. Criminal Winner got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Labyrinth Deleter was in fine shape and held the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Chameau Pierce took the lead rather easily.




Chameau Pierce was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Labyrinth Deleter gallopped for 50 m.




Thrillville Quicker put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Thrillville Quicker kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Criminal Winner galop. Criminal Winner lost 30 m.




Giant Force sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
