One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lieutenant Rocker took the lead after a very quick start. Climbing Star suddenly started to galop. Juha Länsimäki had to struggle to get Climbing Star to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

Five Of Hearts saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Gimme Shelter showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Not Today sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Jolly Cookie accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Not Today speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Jolly Cookie galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

The Butcher sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
