One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Champagne could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Heavy Band saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Devenir sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Champagne galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Sing Along suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m. Heavy Band was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Devenir followed by Milestone and Walking Ruby. Lane two Unknown followed by Champagne and Waterwall.




Devenir didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Running Breeze was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



Devenir were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Champagne made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Unknown.
