It had been raining for several days at Romme but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Back Down South could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Beauty Honey was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Huge Issue sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Back Down South saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Moving Printer gallopped for 40 m.



Back Down South sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Back Down South kept the speed the whole finish and won before Huge Issue and Amazing Starlight.
