Only a humble breeze blew over Gävle this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were No Fear. Scepter ended up behind the leader. Copy Catch got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Grande Fierté saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Lone Hero sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Lone Hero followed by Copy Catch and Ufo Broline. Lane two Scepter followed by Burning Baby and Bobby The Beast.

Lone Hero sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

No-one could catch Lone Hero today who won before Scepter and Burning Baby.
