One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lancer tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Macgyver Hoof that came steaming ahead.

S.S Palema saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Chew The Chains Cherry sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Chew The Chains Cherry followed by Macgyver Hoof and Bank Holiday. Lane two Llama followed by Fair Girl and S.S Palema.

Chew The Chains Cherry sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Pure Ice gallopped 30 m after 2000m.

With only a little left of the race Bank Holiday galoped for 10 m. Chew The Chains Cherry looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Chew The Chains Cherry didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
