One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Punching Wave could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Shining Wind took the lead after 1000m. Shooting Bear didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Shining Wind sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Little Flying Squirrel was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.
