One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Twinkle Toe took the lead after a very quick start. Sweet Girl galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Twinkle Toe was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Falling Cookie looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sweet Girl couldn't come out from behind the leader, Twinkle Toe.
