Only a humble breeze blew over Kurtakko this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lightspeed found a gap and took the lead. Summerblue followed before Mørkets Fyrste.




Girlpower quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Mørkets Fyrste showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




The leader got disturbed by something and Lovestoned took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Lovestoned today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Lovestoned galoped for 30 m. Lightspeed was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Lovestoned kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Lovestoned didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
