One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Perfect Lady tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Kiwie that came steaming ahead. Andre H Stensen wanted a little to much in the start and Jaywalker galoped for 20 m. Eirik Høitomt wanted a little to much in the start and Nanny Fine galoped for 30 m. Happy Gold suddenly started to galop. Gunnar Austevoll had to struggle to get Happy Gold to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tropical Thought sprinted to the front.




Passionated Man sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Perfect Lady looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Passionated Man was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Kiwie suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Perfect Lady galopped for 20 m on the homestretch. driver couldn't keep Nanny Fine to trotting so they were disqualified.




Tropical Thought never caught up with Kiwie who won. Gordon Blaze came third.
