One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gold Heart Lady was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Gold Heart Lady was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Sharp Jewel quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sharp Jewel followed by Dig Dug Baby and My Destiny. Lane two Her Grace followed by Gold Heart Lady and Ren Slik. La Comtesse Tricherie showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Sharp Jewel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Sharp Jewel today who won before Dig Dug Baby and Her Grace.
